Sanctum: a sacred or private place where you are safe from being bothered
My passion for collecting started as a child when, as my mum loves recalling to anyone who will listen, we would walk along the beaches of Phillip Island and my pants would fall down from all the amazing rocks I had collected on our travels.
It’s taken time, dedication and money, but I’ve managed to build up an extensive collection filled with rare and invaluable items. I’ve developed a reputation as a well-renowned MineralCollector, but I still get as much joy from my hobby as I did when I was a kid.
I also facet gems, starting when I was a geology undergrad and still going today.
